When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you’re able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before April 3, 2025. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as “not attending” due to our vendors’ cut off dates.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

San Francisco is likely the easiest for most, but an additional option that is similar in time to the venue is Sonoma airport. Oakland is a third option if the above two airports do not work for you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire! For this time of year in California, may we suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses with a light cover up, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be a parking lot with a specified area for our guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Seating and refreshments will be available starting at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to avoid disruptions.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! Please let us know if you plan on bringing your little ones so we can accommodate them.
