Travel Note
Please make sure that you have a valid passport to travel to Ireland. If it expires within 6 months of the travel dates, they will not allow you to travel, and therefore it must be renewed as soon as possible.
Hotel
Lodging has been arranged for all invited guests at the Ashford Castle for the first two nights of our trip! It is booked for the nights of March 29th and March 30th, 2026. Breakfast is included. If you would like to make any dining, experiences, or any other reservations, separate of what is already booked, you can do so at events@ashfordcastle.com. Because we booked through Celtic Castles, the following are included in our stay: -Complimentary upgrade (subject to availability) -Early arrival and Late departure (subject to availability) -Welcome drink of choice per guest on arrival -Conan and Garvin, the castle's Irish Wolfhounds meet guests at 10am every morning in the lobby -Complimentary green fees -Complimentary use of all weather tennis courts -Complimentary movie daily in the 32 seat cinema -Complimentary use of the steam room and relaxation pool (children's hours are restricted) -Complimentary bicycles (available on a first-come first-served basis)
Hotel
Lodging has been arranged for all invited guests at the Clontarf Castle for the last three nights of our trip! It is booked for the nights of March 31st, April 1st, and April 2nd, 2026. Breakfast is included at the Fahrenheit Restaurant from 7:00am to 10:30am each morning.
Flight
Lodging is arranged and covered for all invited guests for the length of stay between March 29th and April 3rd, 2026. You will need to arrange flights and rental cars, and pay for gas, meals and any experiences. We suggest flying into Dublin Airport.
Rental Car
We have read good reviews for Newway All Inclusive Car Hire. Here are a few car rental tips: You may want to select the smallest car that will hold you and your luggage, as some roads are very narrow and curvy.
