You can say that Katie and Trent getting together has always been their fate. They have always been interested in one another, but the timing was never right, until it finally was. Katie had just moved home from living in Texas and ran into Trent the day before Thanksgiving, while out with friends. Katie spotted Trent in a line outside a bar, they started chatting and she told him that they should hang out sometime. It may have taken Trent 2 months, but he finally reached out and after talking for a while they planned their first date, a Valentine’s Day hike in Yosemite. Over the next year they became inseparable and realized their lives would never be the same without each other. So much so, they bought their first house together the following year, on Valentine’s Day. The next four years Katie & Trent spent their time laughing and loving each other and making their house a home. Little did Katie know, Trent had planned to propose on their upcoming annual Colorado hunting trip. The time came and although Trent had many obstacles thrown in his way: a blizzard, broken 4-wheel drive and a slightly reluctant Katie about hunting in the middle of a blizzard. But despite the obstacles and the last-minute change of location, Trent found the perfect spot, dropped to one knee and asked Katie to marry him.
