The Verve Crowne Plaza

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Verve Crowne Plaza in Natick available Friday August 9th and Saturday August 10th. A shuttle will be provided from the Verve to and from the wedding venue. The room block rate is $99+tax for a king and $109+tax for a room with 2 double beds with no minimum stay. Please reserve your rooms before July 12, 2019.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Verve to Gardens at Elm Bank

August 10, 2019 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Note a shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the wedding venue. Please indicate on your RSVP card if you plan on taking the shuttle. Transportation to be provided from the hotel. Note shuttles will depart from the hotel at 3:15pm and 4:15pm. The 3:15pm shuttle is being offered those for those that wish to explore the gardens prior to the ceremony. Please meet outside the lobby 5 minutes prior to the departure time.

Flight

Logan International Airport

Boston Logan International Airport is around 30-45 minutes from both the hotel and the venue, depending on traffic. T.F. Green Airport, in Providence, is another alternative and is approximately 80-90 minutes from the hotel and the venue.

Travel Note

Parking at the Gardens

For those driving, please add additional 5-10 minutes to GPS estimated time to account for travel once on property. On Washington Street (Rt. 16), look for a green sign marked Elm Bank Reservation/ Massachusetts Horticultural Society. At that sign, you will enter the Elm Bank Reservation onto Cheney Drive. Cross the one-lane bridge and veer right on the one-way road. Follow the road for 1/2 mile past all parking lots and soccer fields until the road comes to an end at the stop sign. Take a left at the stop sign and park in the first parking lot on your left, which belongs to Massachusetts Horticultural Society. Parking is complimentary. Continue through the gates to the ceremony location.
