We recommend finding accommodations in Hood River. If you are flying into Portland International, Hood River will be your next destination driving. We do recommend renting a car and driving. In Hood River there are lots of hotel options, most everything is walkable, and it's a bit more happening and busy than White Salmon. Hood River and White Salmon are separated by the Columbia River, with a $3.50 tollbridge to get from one to the other. Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be available, but you may also elect to drive yourself with plenty of parking available.
As a heads up, ubers and lyfts are not available. We recommend renting a car for this reason. For the wedding itself transportation will be provided to and from the venue. If you'd like to drive, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.
Yes! And we want y'all to be comfortable and ready to boogie. The dress code for the wedding day is semi-formal. Think sundresses, jumpsuits, dressy sets, button-down long-sleeve or short-sleeve shirts, slacks or khakis, and suit and/or tie optional. Considering the outdoor setting and terrain, we recommend semi-formal attire that's practical for an outdoor setting. The area can be quite windy, so longer dresses might be more comfortable, and flat shoes or wedges are advised over stilettos. Look good for you and be comfortable!
Sadly, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Formal wedding invitations will be sent and include information about RSVP's. We are asking folks to please RSVP no later than July 15, 2024.
Yes! There is ample parking at Tin Roof Barn. Should you choose to drive yourself, you will be able to park no problem.
