When should I RSVP?

We hope you're able to join us on the day. We'd appreciate it if you could RSVP by 28 February 2025 to give us time to plan numbers with the venue.

You can RSVP on the RSVP tab on this website. If you have any questions just let us know and we can RSVP on your behalf.

Can I RSVP on anyone's behalf?

Answer

When you click on the RSVP tab, you'll be able to RSVP for yourself and anyone else that was included in your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please come in formal or cocktail attire. This means suits for men, but ties are not mandatory and smart dresses or suits for ladies.

How can I make the venue aware of my dietary requirements?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will have the option to add any specific dietary requirements or allergies. If you haven't been able to add these, please let us know so we can make sure the venue accommodates your request.

Do you have any special rates for accommodation at Foxhills?

Answer

We do have special rates with Foxhills depending on the total number of rooms booked. If you're interested in staying at the venue please let us know so we can make sure you get the best rate.
