We met on Bumble in the fall of 2023 and wasted no time meeting for a drink. Katie suggested the first spot, which ended up being closed on Sundays. (Tim likes to remind Katie of this whenever we walk by the initial place.) So we landed at Geist, and the rest is history. About a month later, Tim stepped up in a big way, dog-sitting sweet Frankie while Katie was (yet again) in the hospital for her throat. When Katie floated the wild idea of driving to Vegas for Christmas, Tim didn’t blink and offered to drive with her. And just like that, he became her official road trip chauffeur for life. (Katie picked up cross-stitching in the passenger seat to avoid backseat driving…mostly.) On November 30th, Tim popped the question under the glow of Christmas lights at Cheekwood, on one of the coldest nights of the year. Thankfully, Tim runs hot...literally. We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you. Thank you for being part of our story, we can’t wait to share this day (and the dance floor!) with the people we love most.
