Please respond by August 10th, 2026. This will allow us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.
Please arrive to the ceremony by 4:30 pm to allow yourself time to enjoy a welcome beverage and find a seat. The ceremony will be begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Due to the set up of the venue and ceremony space, we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals and you will be kindly asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony concludes.
Yes! There is a paid parking lot on site, but no overnight parking is allowed. There are also plenty of options to park on the street nearby or various paid lots in the downtown area. For guests staying locally, most hotels are within a 10 minute walk to the venue or there are plenty of Lyft/Uber options. Since we do not have a designated hotel block, we will not be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue.
Our wedding is at Chateau Rive, 621 W Mallon Ave, Spokane, WA 99201. Chateau Rive is on the bottom floor of the historic Flour Mill building. There will be signage directing guests to the ceremony area. In order to get down to the venue, there is a large staircase and ramp that guests will go down. For guests needing access to an elevator, you will enter the Flour Mill building and make your way down to the bottom floor.
While we are not providing a hotel block, there are many hotel options at different price points within walking distance to the venue that you may book with. We have included a list of options under the “Travel” tab with links to each hotel to check availability and book.
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. For women, this includes formal midi or full length dresses. For men, suits of any color would be appropriate. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up with us! Please no jeans, polo shirts, or white attire. See our dress code inspiration tab for some ideas! Please keep in mind that our ceremony will be taking place outdoors in a grassy area and the venue has quite a few stairs and some uneven floors. Thicker heels, wedges, or flats are recommended.
Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We are only able to accommodate those listed on the wedding invitation and when you RSVP through the website. If you are travelling from out of town and would like to enjoy a night without the kiddos, please reach out to Katie to help make arrangements!
We have hired an amazing photographer to capture the day! We ask that phones be placed on silent and put away for the entirety of the ceremony. Once the ceremony has ended, we encourage everyone to take as many photos and videos that they would like! There will be QR codes placed around the reception to share them with us :)
While September is usually a pretty mild time of year with temperatures in the mid to upper 60s, weather in the Inland Northwest can be unpredictable. Our ceremony will be taking place outdoors in the early evening so we suggest bringing a light wrap or jacket to cover up if it's chilly!
