What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/semi formal. Wear what you feel your best in and can dance the night away!

Question

I have a dietary restriction or food allergy. How will I communicate this to you?

Answer

There will be a space in the RSVP where you can add this. The catering company is used to working with guests who have allergies/dietary restrictions and can accommodate anything you need. We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrée.

When will I be able to book my hotel?

Answer

Hotel blocks are live! Please go to the Hotel Room Block tab to book your room. Rooms need to be booked by April 15, 2023.

How will I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We recommend taking a cab/Uber to and from the venue. Transportation won't be provided by the Bride and Groom.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children or anyone under 21 at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking is not available at the venue. There is a parking garage located at 333 N Green St, Chicago, IL 60607.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will start letting guests in at 4:15pm. If you arrive early, you can wait at the bar next door, Recess.

Question

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The reception ends at 11:30pm. Yes, there will be an after party at the bar next door, Recess. You don't need to leave the venue to get to this location. City Hall is connected to Recess, you just walk through a magical door and you've arrived at the after party. Late night snacks will be available at the after party.
