Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and from the venue back to the hotel as listed below: Hotel to Venue 3:45pm Shuttle departure (Hotel front entrance) Venue return to Hotel 10:00pm -Shuttle departure 10:30pm- Last Shuttle departing venue back to hotel Shuttle services will also be available at the end of the reception to bring guests back to the DoubleTree.

For those of you from the LA area - IYKYK For all the other people visiting the area- traffic is no joke. Traffic in California varies during different hours and going a few miles away can take 10 min or an hour. We highly suggest mapping out your travels during peak times.
