We are happy to report that Covid will not impact the date of the wedding! The BVI has been given direction from the state that they can resume operations with some restrictions. You will be seated at tables of 6 rather than 10. Guests should wear masks on the way to the ceremony, but may remove masks after they are seated. It is also recommended that guests wear masks as they move between events, Ex. walking from the ceremony to the cocktail hour. Lastly, guests should wear masks on the way to the restroom and while in line at the bar. You do not have to wear a mask on the dance floor. We understand this is a lot to remember, so, there will be signs posted to help guests understand where and when they should wear a mask.
We look forward to seeing you look dapper in formal wear! Ladies, we know they make you look stunning, but you might want to forgo the stilettos as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside in the grass. Additionally, New England weather has a reputation for a reason, keep an eye on the temperature when considering attire.
Massachusetts has a travel order in place stating that citizens traveling from high risk states will be required to quarantine, or present a negative covid-19 test. New Hampshire is not considered a high risk state so there are no restrictions returning to MA after staying in NH. Also, the order does not include travelers who are simply passing through MA. This will not impact you if you are flying into Boston and driving directly to the venue. To avoid any risk however, we recommend flying into Manchester, NH if you have that option.
Yes! A shuttle has been arranged to make multiple trips 90 minutes before and after the wedding. 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM and 10:30 PM - 12:00 AM. Be safe out there!
We adore your children, but this will be a 21+ event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Call it a date night, let loose and enjoy the open bar!
Yes! Both hotels listed have free shuttles to and from the Manchester airport. Please call 24 hours in advance with flight information to schedule your pick-up.
Our first choice is the Bedford Village Inn. This is a very charming and unique hotel that will be the center of the action on wedding weekend. This is where the wedding party will be staying. A very good second option is the Hampton Inn and Suites Manchester-Bedford. This hotel is close by and transportation will be provided to and from the wedding.
As mentioned, you should be prepared to face a good amount of traffic on your way up. We recommend leaving an hour early to arrive no later than 3:00 PM. Check in, freshen up and make your way over to the altar at 4:00 PM.
No need to worry about parking, it's free and there's plenty to go around.
We are happy to answer any and all questions. Please feel free to shoot a text to either of us: Steve - 508-212-5233 Katie - 508-269-4423
Yes! We were originally planning on going to Bali, but, they shut down their borders to international tourism until 2021. We pivoted to a fun little road trip to Key West. We will fly into Miami, rent a convertible and drive the coast line through the Keys. We have stops planned in Key Largo and Islamorada. Feel free to contribute to the honeymoon fund in our registry to sponsor some activities!
