The third-oldest zoo in the United States, founded in 1875. Featuring lions, giraffes, a Komodo dragon, polar bears, and real-life bison! Before or after your visit, take a stroll around Delaware Park, which is directly adjacent to the zoo grounds.
For stunning 360 degree views of the city of Buffalo, head to City Hall and take the elevator up to the 25th floor, then a set of stairs up to the observation deck at the top of the building. Access to the observation deck is free of charge.
