Please arrive 30mins earlier to comfortably find parking and settle into the church before the bride and groom arrive. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style! WILL THE CEREMONY BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors! WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE? While we're hoping for a beautiful summer evening, Melbourne's weather can be a surprise! We recommend checking the weather the day before and bringing a warm layer or jacket, just in case.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE? There is plenty of free parking at the venue! CAN I LEAVE MY CAR AT THE VENUE OVERNIGHT? You sure can! We know the staff well and the car park is private. If you plan on leaving your vehicle overnight, you do so at your own risk. Please ensure you take all belongings and the vehicle is locked.
WHAT IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? We kindly ask that you RSVP by Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, using the online form on our website. This will help us get a final headcount to our vendors in a timely manner CAN I BRING A DATE OR A PLUS ONE? Please let us know before the RSVP date, and we will do our best to accomodate! ARE KIDS WELCOME? Absolutely! If they are not named when you RSVP, please let us know the names and ages of your children. I HAVE A DIETARY REQUIREMENT OR ALLERGY. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Please let us know about any dietary requirements or severe allergies when you fill out your RSVP so we can ensure the caterers can accommodate you.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY? We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away, as we've hired a wonderful photographer to capture the moment. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you like!
