Question

Is it an outdoor wedding?

Answer

Yes it is. It should be warm still on Oct 1st and everything will take place under a tent. Once the sun sets around 8ish it may cool off for you out-of-staters. A sweater wouldn’t hurt just in case.

Parking?

Answer

The wedding and reception will take place at Sharon and Scott’s house. There will be parking in the field and people directing you. Plenty of signage for entrance and exit. You can drop passengers at the top of the driveway before proceeding to the parking lot. In case of bad rain, parking will be at the Greenhorn Valley Park (by the library) and we will shuttle people to the wedding. You will pass right by this park on your way to the wedding location.

Is there a hotel nearby?

Answer

Yes there is a Days Inn a few miles up the road near the interstate. There is also cabins at San Isabel Lodging about 12 miles up the mountain.

Alcohol? Cannabis?

Answer

Yes and yes! Beer, wine, and cannabis will be provided. There will be a designated smoking area for both cannabis and cigarettes. Feel free to bring your drink and mixer of choice if you would rather not drink beer! There will be plenty of ice and cups.

Kids?

Answer

Kids are welcome, but please be advised that cannabis will be consumed in a designated area within view of the reception, but far enough away to not risk second-hand smoke exposure.

Dress code?

Answer

Dressy but casual. Is that a thing? Please come how you’re comfortable, but presentable. No jeans please. It’s a boho vibe. We just wanna vibe and have fun!

Answer

There will be a DJ that offers karaoke as well, so come prepared for a good time!
