Praveen and Katie started seminary together in the summer of 2022, moving into the same dormitory. Katie with her love of tasty food was drawn to Praveen's delicious cooking skills and the longs chats in the 3rd floor kitchen of Richmond Hall. Praveen and Katie became close friends those first year of their program together. Cooking, laughing, studying, going out around Richmond. Katie being the emotional one that she is, told Praveen she liked him more than a friend July 7th 2023. That is the day the introverted Indian short king that he is gave Katie the loud Italian from NJ a chance. The silly stories they have shared over many cups of coffee at their favorite cafe in Richmond (Blanchard's), and over hundreds of delicious Indian dishes (from butter chicken to biriyani) have helped grow their friendship into a blooming relationship it is today. We are so thankful for the friends and family who have nurtured us along the way and who have been part of our stories these past four years at seminary. We can't wait for May 29th 2026! Excited to see ya'll there!
