While every city's available flights and airlines are different, we generally recommend finding flights that will best prepare you to adjust to the time difference. We've found that taking an overnight direct flight has been the easiest for us because we sleep on the plane and arrive in London around mid-day. Airlines we have used and like include United Airlines, British Airways, and Iceland Air (which has a very easy one-hour connection through Reykjavik).
Yes. There is a parking lot located next to the Wetland Centre where wedding guests can park for free.
Getting a taxi or Uber is a good option to get to and from the Wetland Centre. From Central London, there is also a 25 minute train ride from Waterloo Rail Station to Barnes Station via the South Western Railway. From Barnes Station, it is about a 15 minute walk to the Wetland Centre; however, there is also a bus stop outside the station that will stop just outside the Wetland Centre. This option is available until 12:05 a.m. when the last train leaves Barnes Station.
While there is no transportation provided to the ceremony, we will have a shuttle bus available for guests to leave the venue just after 11 p.m. The shuttle will go to The King's Arms in Ealing where you can continue the party, walk five minutes to the Ealing Broadway tube station, or easily catch a cab or Uber.
