Requirements Guests must be 21+ to stay at Viejas and the Willows Hotel Making a Reservation All of our blocked rooms have already been booked. Reservations can still be made online or by phone. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Individual cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid no show charges. No show charges will be billed to the individual's credit card at the prevailing group rate. It is our understanding that all guest room charges, including room, tax and incidentals will be paid by each individual. Resort Fee A daily resort fee of $15 plus current 12.5% tax will be added to you nightly rate and includes: Access to Pool & Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Business Center, Complimentary Self & Valet Parking and WiFI in the sleeping rooms and event space. Check In/Check Out Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. A credit card is required and will be authorized for the amount to cover room, 12.5% tax, $15.00 daily resort fee, and $75.00 per night for incidental charges. The authorization hold can take 3-7 business days after check-out to be released. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
