We are so excited to celebrate with you!

We met during the end of freshman year of college when one of our friends introduced us to each other. We both lived in the same housing sophomore year but had few interactions. It wasn't until junior year when our friend groups started hanging out together and we got to know each other more. We knew there was a special spark between us but Nick was scheduled to study aboard senior year. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred Nick's study abroad got canceled. We finally had the chance to act on the spark we felt. One night we both coincidently found each other at the local Brendan's Towne Tavern for a night out. We hit it off by talking at the bar and hanging out with our friends. Then Katie's friends pulled Nick aside and told him that Katie really liked him so he should act on it. Nick turned around without saying a word and went up to Katie and asked her out on a date to her favorite restaurant, Jackass Brewery. We officially became a couple on October 14th, 2021. Before graduation in the spring, Nick told Katie he loved her and asked her to move to SLC, UT where he already had a job lined up. Katie was willing to move because she loved him too. Katie took the chance of moving to SLC with hopes of getting accepted into the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. In October 2022 she was accepted into the program. We were so happy and excited to start our lives together in SLC where we grew our love and support for each other through new adventures, spending time outdoors, great memories and even hard times. We are so excited to spend the rest of our lives together and can't wait to celebrate on July 12, 2025.
