FAQs

Question

Where will guests be staying?

Answer

Guests can be accommodated at Valle di Badia, a charming Tuscan hamlet nestled in the heart of Tuscany. The venue offers a selection of beautifully restored apartments, each shared among 4 to 6 guests, ensuring a cosy and communal atmosphere. The cost for accommodation is £75 per person, which covers your stay for the duration of the event. Please note that the bride and groom will coordinate all accommodation arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. For more details about the venue and its offerings, please visit the official website: https://www.valledibadia.it/en/ If there is a problem, please let us know as soon as possible.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Think suits and ties, evening dresses, or something you'd wear to a nice event. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white to allow the bride to shine.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests staying at Valle di Badia to arrive by 2:00 PM the day before the ceremony (7th September). This gives us a chance to spend more time together and kick things off properly! We'll be hosting a relaxed BBQ party that afternoon, so come hungry and ready for some fun. It’s the perfect way to settle in and start celebrating early!

Question

Will food and beverages be provided?

Answer

Absolutely! Meals and drinks are covered throughout your stay. Plus, a snack bar will be available between events for guests to purchase any extra treats. You’re all set to relax and enjoy!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We’ve arranged a shuttle for all guests: Arrival: A shuttle will depart from Pisa International Airport at 2:30 PM the day before the wedding (7th September 2026) to take everyone to the venue. Departure: The same shuttle will return to Pisa Airport the day after the wedding (9th Sep 2026), leaving the venue at 10:00 AM. Please ensure your travel plans align with these times so we can all arrive (and depart) smoothly!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, let their hair down, and enjoy the evening with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Question

Can I bring a plus one or date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those invited directly. Thank you for understanding!

Question

How do I secure my accomodation

Answer

Once you’ve RSVP’d, we’ll send over the payment details. Please send your £75pp by 15th June to help us with the final organisation of the sleeping arrangements

Question

Do you have a wedding gift list or registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, should you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our future together would be greatly appreciated.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. We want everyone to feel comfortable and well looked after. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, you’ll be able to let us know in advance and we’ll make sure these are shared with our caterers so they can be carefully accommodated. Please don’t hesitate to include as much detail as you need.
