What is the plan for the weekend?

Answer

Katie and Naya are staying at the hotel from Thursday to Sunday. We plan to have casual gatherings at the pool on Thursday, Friday, and the morning after the wedding for those that are around to spend time together before the main event. On Saturday April 11th, the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. The reception will begin at 6pm in the ballroom next door.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 21st, 2026. This gives us time to finalize our headcount and sort out the final details!

Will this be your legal wedding?

Answer

No - we had a small ceremony with our immediate families on August 15, 2025. This will be a larger wedding to celebrate and spend time with more of our loved ones. We are excited to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. For men, a suit or blazer with dress pants. For ladies, a midi or maxi-length dress. Lighter pastel hues and spring-inspired attire are encouraged. This is a formal event and there will be photographers taking photos throughout the event, so please look your best while still dressing comfortably!

Where at the hotel is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the Sequoia Ballroom CD. The cocktail hour to follow will be held outdoors on the South Deck by the pool. We will head back inside to the Sequoia Ballroom AB for dinner and dancing.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We anticipate on having food options that are vegetarian and gluten free. Please let us know if you have any additional food allergies or sensitivities.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For those attending just for the day, parking at the hotel is free. For those who are staying at the hotel, parking is $10 a night and can be paid for when booking your stay.

Where's your registry?

Answer

We are honored by incoming questions about gifts, but your presence is all we ask for at our wedding. We're very excited to see everybody and hope everyone has a great time.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will not be having an alcoholic bar, but guests who want a drink will be able to order at the main bar to bring back into the main ballroom.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless your invite specifically mentions that you can bring a guest, we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus ones. We appreciate your understanding!
