Starting at the visitor center, you will take the Cedar Creek trail to get to the bridge. It is about a 1.6 mile loop roundtrip and rated "easy". There are stairs you will have to take during the hike so just keep this in mind if you have accessibility issues!
They have year-round artificial slopes to go tubing, skiing, snowboarding, you name it!
If you'll be in town for an extra day we highly recommend taking a day trip over to Charlottesville! It's a little over an hour drive from Lynchburg, and it's where we live! There are TONS of incredible wineries and cideries to enjoy in this area. Some of our favorites are PippinHill Farm and Winery, King Family Vineyards, Hazy Mountain Vineyard, Veritas, Trump Winery, Bold Rock, Potter's Craft Cider, and Albemarle Cider Works.
