What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re going for a dressy casual vibe — think garden party meets comfy celebration. The ceremony is on grass, cocktail hour’s outside (but covered), and the reception’s in a climate-controlled barn. It’s still a working farm though, so we definitely recommend shoes you can walk in and a light layer in case it gets cool. Just look nice, feel good, and be ready to have fun!

Can I bring my kids?

We love your kiddos…. Seriously, so much! But due to space and planning, we’re only able to include children listed on the invitation

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve worked hard to keep our guest list meaningful (and manageable), so we’re only able to include those listed on the invitation. If you received a plus-one, they’re totally welcome — otherwise, we hope you’ll come solo and have a great time with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We’re starting the ceremony right on time, so try to get there about 15–30 minutes early to park and get settled. If you do happen to run late, no worries — our coordinator will ask you to wait until everyone’s made it down the aisle. You’ll still be able to watch from a distance and then join the party once the ceremony wraps up. We just want to keep the moment peaceful —

What about parking?

Answer

There’s free parking on-site, and someone will be there to help guide cars so everyone fits and can get out easily at the end of the night. It’s a farm, so expect grass or gravel — and just a heads up to park respectfully so we all make it in and out without trouble!

What’s the food and drink situation?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style, followed by a dessert bar to satisfy your sweet tooth! We’re also hosting a stock-the-bar party before the big day to help keep the drinks flowing. If you can’t make it to that, no worries — there’s a wedding donation option on the registry page for things like this. If you have any dietary needs, just let us know when you RSVP and we’ll do our best to take care of you!

How are we capturing the moment?

Answer

During the ceremony, please keep phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present — our professional photographer will capture all the important moments, and we’ll share the photos with you later. At the reception, we’ll have digital cameras and QR codes available for everyone to use, so feel free to snap away and help us see the day from every angle. Seriously, we can’t be everywhere, so we’d love for you to take photos and share them with us!

Can we take home any of the decor or flowers?

We totally get wanting a keepsake (and we love that you love the vibe!), but most of the decor and florals are rentals or belong to the venue — so please leave everything as is. Don’t worry, we’ve got a little something planned to make sure everyone leaves with a memory or two to take home!

Where’s the ceremony and reception happening?

Answer

Everything’s happening at the same spot, just in different areas. The ceremony will be outside on grass, cocktail hour’s under a covered outdoor area, and the reception is inside a barn (don’t worry — it’s climate controlled). It’s all easy to get to, and someone will be around to help point you in the right direction if needed. Just go with the flow!
