What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. You'll want to arrive 30 minutes prior.

Question

Will this event take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be outside for both the ceremony and reception. The weather is predicted to be 81 degrees the day of.

Will masks be required? What other COVID-19 requirements will be in place

Answer

Masks will be mandatory for the guests when entering the barn to order a drink at the bar or use the bathroom. The venue is outdoors, so there will only be 8 guests to a table, and socially distanced groups of no more than 10 allowed to congregate.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, cocktail hour will commence. Our caterers will start passing hors d'oeuvre and open up stations for food and the bars will open.

What happens after the reception?

Answer

After the reception, meet us inside The Hops Company's bar where we will eat pizza, keep dancing and drinking.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. This venue is a garden, which means we will be on grass and gravel throughout the day, so absolutely NO stilettos for the ladies.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

There will be school bus shuttles to escort guests from the venue to the hotel safely as needed. *PLEASE NOTE* You must get yourself to the venue safely on your own.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

During our ceremony, we are going to asks all of our guests to turn off their phones. No pictures or social media or phones will be allowed during the ceremony. We want our guests to be in the moment with us, and our photographers the opportunity to work their magic. After the ceremony, go for it! Our hashtag is #KatieTakesMoetown

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/Gluten free/ special diet options

Answer

Yes! Our menu was built to accommodate diet restrictions. If you have a specific please reach out to the bride or groom directly, or email us!
