Gar Woods Grill & Pier

Sand Harbor Beach

This is a very popular beach along North Lake Tahoe. It’s right off Mt. Rose highway and has great views and rocks to jump off of. We recommend leaving early to assure easy parking.

Tahoe East Shore Trail

Brand new bicycle and walking trail that we love and highly recommend! Smooth pavement and 3 miles along the lake’s edge. This trail will also take you right to Sand Harbor Beach!

10 Torr Distilling and Brewing

If you are looking for a place to have a nice cocktail, 10 Torr is what we recommend! They distill their own vodka and gin and is very popular place for locals!

The Stone House Café

Did someone say BRUNCH? If you are staying in Reno, this place is a must! They don’t take reservations because they always are busy! They have a nice outdoor garden and their mojitos are the best!

The Eddy

The Eddy is an outdoor bar along the river in downtown Reno. Offers games like corn hole and bocce ball. Dog and kid friendly. Great place to enjoy the sunshine and have good conversation with friends and family!

The Brewer's Cabinet

One of our favorite little local craft breweries in Reno! They have outdoor seating and a great draft selection.
