Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have booked a room block at two hotels through the resort - Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge as noted on the Accommodations page. Our room block rates are valid through July 23rd, so please book your stay by then!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking is available to all of our guests at the venue. Guests staying at the resort will be able to take the complimentary shuttle to and from the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We've worked with our venue to ensure that there are several gluten-free & dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available for all of our guests to enjoy. Please let us know of any allergy and dietary restrictions with your RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will begin running from Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge to Ballyowen Golf Club at 4:30 p.m. Shuttle service will resume back to the hotels at 11 p.m.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully ask that our ceremony and reception be reserved for those 18 and older.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors. Both cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors with opportunities to enjoy the spacious deck outside cocktail hour and the firepit outside the reception.

Will people be playing golf?

Answer

If Mother Nature cooperates, absolutely! We’ll organize tee times with the resort so people can play and still make it to the ceremony. Please let us know if you’re interested by emailing macpetry9922@gmail.com.
