Are children allowed?

Answer

Of course! We would love it if your whole family can come. For older kids (and playful adults), the community center game room has ping pong, foosball, and an Xbox 360.

Is there parking?

There is plenty of free parking on-site! There is a lot off Lincoln Avenue and a lot on 3rd street.

Are pets allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We wish! But please leave pets at home / arrange for care. Our floofy dog will be participating in the outdoor portions of the evening and can’t wait to meet all of you.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Plan A is for the ceremony to be outside on grass, the cocktail hour to be outside on the terrace, and reception to be inside the Point Elliott room. Please be prepared and flexible in case of Seattle autumn weather, which could surprise us all of a sudden with rain / cold / wind.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

The Stromberg and Willis families are humongous! Feel free to reach out to us directly with these inquiries. We will try to accommodate plus one requests while balancing the need to keep total event size within venue maximum capacity.

What is the weather like in Mukilteo?

Answer

In mid-September in early evening, it’ll probably be between 60-75°. Since it’s the Puget Sound, there is always a chance of rain. The venue has beautiful water views, rain or shine!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Thai Waterside will be catering a variety of delicious dishes, buffet-style. There will be gluten-free and vegan options.

Is the wedding still in WA since you moved to CA?

Answer

Yes! Life threw us a curveball in 2025 and we moved to Monterey, CA in April for Michael’s job. But we are driving back up to Seattle in September with Ghost for the wedding festivities in WA.
