Is the reception being held at the same place as the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, even though it is a courthouse, just wait and see the beautiful space!

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Unfortunately, the courthouse itself does not have parking, BUT there are many parking garages within walking distance, anywhere from a 2min-5min walk! Those being, The Garage at Manor Complex Mellon Square Garage Allies Garage One Oxford Centre Garage Forbes Garage Keep in mind, the ceremony will start at 6:30 pm. Allow extra travel time for finding which parking garage you prefer!

Are there nearby hotels?

Answer

Yes, many! Most of our guests live in the Pittsburgh area; however, we still highly recommend a hotel so there is no drinking and driving. Are children allowed at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

While we love your children, we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party due to the limited number of guests allowed at the courthouse.

Will there be a DJ?

Answer

DUH! He will be playing the best hits for us all night long!

Is the reception open bar?

Answer

OF COURSE! We will have everything and anything to get you prepped for the dance floor!

Will there be a seated dinner during the reception?

Answer

Instead of a seated dinner, we'll be having a lively cocktail reception with a variety of passed and heavy hors d'oeuvres and appetizers. We'll have plenty of food to keep you satisfied!

Is there a shuttle service provided?

Answer

Due to there being many hotels within walking distance, there will not be a shuttle service due to the number of different hotels people will choose to stay at.

Do we get a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited number of guests allowed at the courthouse, NO plus ones can attend other than those stated on your mailed invitations!
