Katie and Michael met about 7 years ago.. Katie sat next to him at a basketball game where Michael went to college at Geneva. They laughed and talked the whole entire game and quickly became friends. After turning Michael down for 3 months (he never lets Katie forget it) She finally agreed to go on a date with him :) On their 7 year anniversary, they had reservations at Capital Grille. They’re favorite restaurant. As they were taking pictures at home, before their date, Michael got down on one knee and asked Katie to marry him. FINALLY! They enjoyed the rest of the night and weekend just the two of them and starting talking about wedding planning! Katie and Michael are getting married December 1st 2022 at Gervasi Vineyard in Canton, OH. They have decided to do an intimate Ceremony and dinner, celebrating with parents, grandparents, and siblings. They still wanted to celebrate with their closest friends and family with a bridal shower at Windows on the River in Cleveland, OH on October 30th.
