Rebecca is Katie's best friend. They decided to become freshman roommates at UGA after playing a season of softball together in High School. They stayed roommates through the next five years of college and grad school. Even though Rebecca now lives in NYC, they still take trips together and fly back and forth to visit. They are coming up on ten years of friendship!
Megan Barfield

Megan is one of Katie's best friends and more recently, her coworker. Megan signed a lease to live with Katie, Rebecca, and Veronica sight unseen after having met them a handful of times. Somehow this all worked out and they became very close friends. Megan went to grad school in Mississippi for counseling, moved back to Georgia, and she and Katie are now therapists at a non-profit together (which they always dreamed about!)
Veronica Benedit

Veronica is another college roommate turned best of friends situation. (Sensing a theme here?) Katie told Veronica "I like your dress" while walking beside her at freshman orientation and the rest is history. Veronica and her boyfriend, Ryan made Katie dinner every Monday in grad school and that means she's a friend for life.
Kyla Beals

Kyla is Katie's sister-in-law. Kyla has been in Katie's life since she was 15 and in a lot of ways feels like the sister she never had. Kyla was there through every breakup and every up and down in her life. Katie feels lucky they are bonded together forever, not only as sisters, but as friends for life.
Guthrie Strozier

Guthrie and Katie went to grad school together. Between all the late nights studying, crying from learning how to be a therapist, and queso dates, they became really close and fast friends. Katie often tells Guthrie that she could not have graduated without her (nor would she have wanted to.)
Grant Tiberghien

Grant and Matt have been friends through church as young kids then later played music together through high school in a band that played all the way through college. Grant and Matt have always shared a passion for creativity and later began filming music videos and weddings as a side job. Their friendship has been shared through Georgia Football games and music.
Patrick Robertson
Groomsman
Patrick and Matt became roommates randomly freshman year at Georgia College and then lived together through graduation. They became founders of Thera Chi fraternity at shared many formal and spring break trips together. Patrick and Matt spend a lot of time together watching Atlanta sports together.
Eric Neas
Groomsman
Eric and Matt were assigned as random roommates freshman year at Georgia College. Early on they shared the same taste and music and stayed roommates through graduation. Both pursued careers as CPAs and studied together through grad school at Georgia College. They spent many summers on the lake and several spring break trips together. They enjoy watching Atlanta Sports and the Dawgs!
Chris Beals

Chris is Matt’s future brother-in-law. They both share a passion for photography and marksmanship. Matt is an only child so is looking forward to having a brother.

Josh is Matt’s future brother-in-law. Matt enjoys talking to Josh about history and playing games on family vacation. Matt is looking forward to gaining a brother.
