Hike the trails of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Some of our favorites include: The buckeye trail starting at Blue Hen Falls (look for the blue blazes on the trees), The ledges trail (can be crowded but it's beautiful), Plateau Trail, and Perkins Trail (our personal favorite).
Bike the Towpath Trail
Peninsula, OH
Take a bike ride on the Towpath Trail. There is plenty of parking in downtown Peninsula. Head north and grab lunch at Your's Truly in Valley View or head south for some lemonade and corn at Szalay's market.
