Hugh and Laura invite you to kick off the weekend with us! We are so excited to have you join us in Coeur d'Alene for our wedding weekend! With many arrivals Thursday, we would love for you to join us for our welcome party cocktail hour at Vantage Point Brewing Company. Think of it as a laid-back night to catch up and enjoy some drinks, appetizers, and a casual dinner together.
Our wedding would not be complete without a round of golf - and we would love for you to join us! We have reserved tee times from 9:00 A.M.-10:30 A.M. If you are interested, please contact Matteo at 970-470-9175 to arrange your tee time and receive details regarding greens fees. Each group will be accompanied by a forecaddie, who will assist in course guidance. Rental clubs are available for $75/player per round, and all players must have their own set to play.
Hosted with love by Janine and Michael Glennon, we invite you to join us for a relaxed and fun evening at Crafted to kick off the celebrations! Come as you are (or in your western best!), and bring your smile and a thirst for good drinks and great company. We can’t wait to relax, laugh, and spend time with all our favorite people before the big day. Come hungry and ready for a good time — boots and hats encouraged, and good vibes required!
Brought together by Hugh and Laura, we’d love to enjoy one last meal together before you head home! Join us for a laid-back farewell brunch at Rustic to wrap up our wedding weekend. Please feel free to join us anytime between 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.
Thursday There is no dress code for Thursday night. Please come as you are and enjoy a relaxed evening. Friday While we do not have a strict dress code for The Night Before dinner at Crafted, we encourage everyone to dress in their Western best. Think boots, denim, dresses, and button-downs — and feel free to get festive with hats, fringe, or your favorite Western-inspired look. https://pin.it/2XU1wIUgr
For the wedding, we kindly ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire. For Women: A cocktail dress, midi dress, or a chic jumpsuit. For Men: A suit or blazer with dress pants (tie optional but always appreciated). The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. https://pin.it/5uvoLhFkD
We are keeping our wedding celebration close-knit, so please only bring guests that are listed on the formal invitation.
We’ve planned a group hike on Friday morning to explore the beautiful scenery around Coeur d'Alene's Tubbs Hill. The hike is about three miles, suitable for most fitness levels, great views, fresh air, and a chance to spend time together. We’ll meet in the lobby of the Coeur d’Alene Resort at 10:00 AM — the trailhead is just steps away! For any questions or to join the hiking group, please contact Janine at 970-331-6704.
The easiest airport to fly into is Spokane International Airport in Spokane, Washington. The airport is only a forty-minute drive to Coeur d'Alene.
It depends on your plans! If you’re staying at the Coeur d’Alene Resort and primarily attending wedding events, you may not need a car — we’ll have transportation arranged for key events, and everything is within a short walk or Uber ride. However, if you’d like to explore the area, visit surrounding areas, or have more flexibility, renting a car is a great option. If you are staying at the Coeur d’Alene Resort, shuttle service to and from the airport is available. Please contact the resort directly to schedule your pick-up and drop-off times.
Hagadone Event Center is located at 984-986 S Floating Green Dr, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814. We have arranged a boat ride to the wedding ceremony and reception. The boat will leave the docks behind the Coeur d'Alene Resort at 3:00 pm sharp. If you forego attending the boat ride to the ceremony, below are our suggestions for other transportation. Driving & Parking There is ample free parking available on-site. If you're driving, we recommend arriving at least thirty minutes early to allow for parking and seating. Rideshare If you prefer to take a rideshare service (Uber/Lyft), simply enter Hagadone Event Center into your app for accurate directions. If you have any questions about transportation, feel free to reach out to us!
Expect daytime highs in the mid-50s to low 60s °F and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing layers, including a warm jacket for the evenings, and comfortable shoes for exploring. There’s also a chance of light rain, so a travel umbrella or light raincoat might come in handy!
Spectators are allowed but are based on availability. There is a $30 spectator fee.
Please RSVP by August 26, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by August 26, 2025, we will automatically mark it as a "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is important that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within their required timeframe. Thank you for your understanding. Please RSVP in the RSVP tab.
Please provide any allergies and dietary restrictions for each event when you RSVP.
Kids are absolutely welcome at our wedding, and we’ve planned a few fun activities to keep them entertained throughout the celebration. Parents, please feel free to bring anything and everything your kids might need to enjoy the evening. There is space in the venue to store belongings.
