We are keeping our wedding celebration close-knit, so please only bring guests if they are listed on the formal invitation.

What airport do I fly into?
Answer
The easiest airport to fly into will be Spokane International Airport in Spokane, Washington. The airport is only a forty-minute drive to Coeur d'Alene.

Trouble finding the perfect place to stay?
Answer
Coeur d'Alene Resort offers a wide variety of rooms for each need and want. Beyond the resort, there are several hotels in close proximity. If guests are interested in staying with large groups, please check out VRBO or Air BnB as there are several within a short drive or walking distance to the venue, sites, and restaurants.

Are there dress codes for thursday and friday night?
Answer
Thursday There is no dress code for Thursday night. Please come as you are and enjoy a relaxed evening. Friday While we do not have a strict dress code for The Night Before dinner at Crafted, we encourage everyone to dress in their Western best. Think boots, denim, dresses, and button-downs — and feel free to get festive with hats, fringe, or your favorite Western-inspired look.

What should i wear to the wedding?
Answer
For the wedding, we kindly ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire. For Women: A cocktail dress, midi dress, or a chic jumpsuit. For Men: A suit or blazer with dress pants (tie optional but always appreciated). Think elegant yet comfortable—something you can dance the night away in! Getting to the Venue
Answer
Hagadone Event Center is located at 984-986 S Floating Green Dr, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814. We have arranged a boat ride to the venue on October 18, 2025. The boat will leave the docks behind the Coeur d'Alene Resort at 3:00 pm sharp. If you forego attending the boat ride to the ceremony, below are our suggestions for other transportation. Driving & Parking There is ample free parking available on-site. If you're driving, we recommend arriving at least thirty minutes early to allow for parking and seating. Rideshare If you prefer to take a rideshare service (Uber/Lyft), simply enter Hagadone Event Center into your app for accurate directions. If you have any questions about transportation, feel free to reach out to us!

What if I do not RSVP on time?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 26, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by August 26, 2025, we will automatically mark it as a "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is important that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within their required timeframe. Thank you for your understanding. Please RSVP in the RSVP tab.

What about my kiddos?
Answer
Kids are absolutely welcome at our wedding, and we’ve planned a few fun activities to keep them entertained throughout the celebration. Parents, please feel free to bring anything and everything your kiddos might need to enjoy the evening. There is space in the venue to store belongings.

Please provide any allergies and dietary restrictions for each event when you RSVP.
