Mathew and I met in 2015 at Cal State San Bernardino in a Finance class...so romantic, I know! We actually did not talk much during the course of this class, but we did exchange contact information...for school purposes only, of course ;) The following quarter we (yet again) shared a Marketing Research class with a few mutual friends. Like most college classes, we were expected to complete a group final project, to which Mathew and I were placed together in the same group. Our group occasionally met throughout the quarter to work on our project, and inevitably a friendship was created amongst Mathew and I. It is now Spring of 2016 and Mathew and I are both gearing up to graduate - finishing up classes, applying to jobs, and soaking up our last few weeks as college students! As a student in the Sports & Entertainment Marketing Program, I had one final duty in order to fulfill my Major requirements - host & sell tickets to our "Coyote's Of Comedy" comedy show. Of course my first invite was Mathew. Happily, he accepted. The show was such a success, we decided to continue the celebration at Romano's in downtown Redlands (us college students only picked the classiest of classy places). The night felt endless as we drank, danced, laughed...and drank some more! We shared an impromptu karaoke moment as we, very poorly, sang(shouted) along to "Don't Stop Believing" with drinks in our hands and our most favorite friends surrounding us. He went high, I went low. There were fist bumps. We harmonized by accident. Mathew was completely in love after witnessing both my singing and dancing skills, and that's pretty much when he thought, "I must marry this girl!". The End. Just kidding. But it was that night that we realized "Hey, this could be something." Five years later, and more in love than ever, we also realized it was the last night either of us would ever sing "Don't Stop Believing" alone. Welcome to our love story! We are so beyond blessed to share this day with you!
