We're Getting Married

We met the old fashioned way...a dating app! In the fall of 2022, after Katie expanded her age range and distance on Bumble, Mark's profile showed up and they were a match! The two bonded over football and spent their first date at Fatpour Tap Works in Wicker Park watching Sunday Night Football. The second date was spent suffering through another tough Illini football loss. One thing led to another, and a couple months later we took a trip to Mexico (Mark's first time out of the country!) where we fell in love. Fast forward to June 29, 2024 and Mark proposed to Katie at a local rooftop bar followed by a big celebration with family & friends at the site (& table) of our first date at Fatpour.
