Back in December 2022, Marc Anthony and Katie matched on Bumble and found themselves talking all week. On the very first day, Marc Anthony jokingly suggested shopping for engagement rings that weekend. Their first date, that Friday, was dinner and a holiday slasher movie (very romantic), and Marc Anthony later claimed he knew he’d marry Katie the moment he met her. Katie knew Marc Anthony was the one, not much later, the night she found her rescue dog Cooper Houdini curled up in Marc Anthony’s arms; the three of them quickly became their own little family. Since then they've traveled the globe together to places near and far: Germany, Austria, England, Italy, Illinois, Florida, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C. Nearly three years after they met, Marc Anthony kept his promise and proposed to Katie on her favorite holiday, Halloween, followed by a surprise Halloween/engagement party.
