When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP via this website no later than 1 October.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Style: The dress code for our wedding is formal. For women, this looks like a nice dress, a dressy top with a skirt or slacks, or a pantsuit. For men, we recommend a suit or dress pants and a sports coat. If you don't own a suit or a jacket, please wear a nice dress shirt and dress pants. Ties are optional. Please do not wear jeans, shorts, or athletic clothes. You should dress up, but you dont need to wear a ballgown or tuxedo! Colors: Guests are encouraged (but not required) to wear our wedding colors to make our photographs more cohesive. These colors are: rust orange, navy blue, taupe/tan, gold, and dusty light blue. Please do not wear white, so Katie can stand out in her dress! Try to stay away from neon colors, or other stand-out colors. Think: earthy and light!

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests not indicated in the invitation. Rest assured that you will be seated with people you know!

When should I arrive to the wedding?

Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have time to find a seat.

Is there parking at the ceremony/ reception venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking for all guests on the premises of The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm.

Can I take pictures of the wedding events?

Answer

Please do not take pictures during the ceremony. We hired a photographer for a reason! We want you to be present in the moment with us. We will make the pictures available for all to see after the wedding by posting a link on this website. You may absolutely take photos on your personal devices the rest of the night. Please do, and share them with us!

Drinks are on us! Select wine, beer, and liquor will be available, in addition to a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.
