Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting formal/cocktail attire. For men, a suit and tie. For ladies, long or short evening dresses.

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the Saratoga Hilton and the Courtyard Marriott. First stop: The bus will arrive at the Courtyard Marriott at 3:00 pm and will depart at 3:10 pm. Second stop: The bus will arrive at the Saratoga Hilton at 3:15pm and will depart at 3:30pm for the venue. At the end of the night, we will have a shuttle depart the venue at 10:15pm. This shuttle will stop at both hotels and the after party location for anyone who would like to keep celebrating. There will be a second shuttle at 10:40pm for anyone who did not make the first.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at Saratoga National Golf Course.

Question

Will the wedding celebrations take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place inside. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place outside on the patio and in the tent.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we politely request no children. Thank you for your understanding.
