Invites and RSVP's

Answer

Invites will be sent out at the very end of July. RSVP's will be needed by September 20th. Please include all people in your party at this time. We cannot guarantee any last minute plus ones after September 20th.

Business casual or more formal. Please refrain from wearing jeans and all white clothing.

Hotel Blocking

Answer

We have two blocks set up, rooms have to be booked by September 9th. If rooms are unavailable, please contact Katie directly for assistance.

Transportation

Answer

We are trying to secure shuttles/transportation, but can not guarantee that those will be available. Assume that transportation is your responsibility.

Venue

Answer

The venue has a parking lot. No parking tags will be necessary. Once the ceremony starts the doors will be closed with no entry until the ceremony has completed.

Food Allergies

Answer

If you or your plus one have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact the brides ASAP so that we can coordinate with the venue ahead of time.
