* Liquor in Iceland is expensive. Please stop by the duty free shop at the airport. The hope is to acquire a few bottles of liquor for the celebration. Either get your favorite or if you're unsure what to purchase a vodka or champagne would be a good option. We appreciate this thank you!*
Velkominn Til Islands! Today is a day of exploring Reykjavik as guest casually begin to arrive. We will be venturing to Costco for food and snacks on our way to Selfoss. Day 2- Wedding Prep

Magistate's Ceremony

The Magistrate ceremony is small and intimate. Present at the ceremony is the couple, two witnesses and an Icelandic magistrate. All other guests please use this time to be ready to leave for Vik approximately at 12:30pm.

Please wear black or gray with red as an accent color. There will not be a great distance to walk to the ceremony, but take note it is outside and appropriate shoes and attire for temperature and terrain should been considered. The drive to Reynisfjara Beach is approximately 1 hr and 30 mins. Guests should anticipate departing for the ceremony about 12:30 pm.
Katie and Katrina will be overjoyed to share a toast and picnic with you all after the ceremony!

Day 4-Golden Circle

The Golden Circle is the most famous of all scenic routes in Iceland and combines stunning landmarks and historically significant places in a circular sightseeing tour. Prepare for an all day outdoors Icelandic adventure.
