Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Katie Shishko and Joseph Sellers
There are so many amazing things to see and do in Colorado! Here are a few of our favorites!

Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge

6550 Gateway Road, Commerce City, CO 80022

This is a must-see for us! This is a drive-thru tour through a national wildlife refuge where you can see bison, coyotes, and most importantly, prairie dogs, up close! We recommend going near sunset to see the most animals. We also HIGHLY recommend listening to the Refuge Podcast (linked on their website) as you complete the drive-thru tour.

Alpine Visitor Center

Trail Ridge Road, Grand Lake, CO 80447

Interested in breathtaking mountain views? Visit the Alpine Visitor Center via Trail Ridge Road to see the top of the Rocky Mountains. Click the "View" button below to see the route in Google Maps. Pro tips: -You will need a Park Pass to see this attraction. Learn more about fees and passes for entering RMNP here: https://www.nps.gov/romo/planyourvisit/fees.htm -Bring a jacket, no matter the forecast! It's usually 20 degrees colder at the top of the mountain. - Be sure to check the Rocky Mountain National Park website (www.nps.gov/romo) before heading up the mountain! Trail Ridge Road closes before the first snowfall, making the visitor center inaccessible.

Garden of the Gods

Colorado Springs, CO 80904

Garden of the Gods features breathtaking views and stunning rock formations! Visit their website to learn more about all the different ways you can tour the park. Our favorite is the 1909 Trolley Vehicle Tour!

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

4250 Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80906

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is world renowned and one of our favorite places to visit! It is highly interactive and so much fun!

Sushi Totoro

4243 South Buckley Road, Aurora, CO 80013

This is our absolute FAVORITE restaurant in Colorado! We recommend the Volcano Roll!
