This is a great place to visit in the fall! They have food "trucks" (old shipping containers), beer gardens, hammocks, live music - all on the waterfront! It's in the Society Hill neighborhood and the neighborhood itself has some great history and spots to visit too!
Philadelphia's Magic Gardens (PMG) is an immersive mixed media art environment that is completely covered with mosaics. The creator, Isaiah Zagar, used handmade tiles, bottles, bicycle wheels, mirror, and international folk art to chronicle his life and influences.
Behind the Art Museum you'll find Water Works, a scenic place along the Schuylkill River. From there you'll be able to see and walk to the famous Boathouse Row. It's a nice area to take in the scenery and history of Philly without the hustle and bustle of the city.
This is where Joe and I had our very first date! Franklin Square is one of William Penn’s original five open-space parks. It has a beautiful fountain at the center, a carousel, and a Philly-themed golf course just to name a few things!
