What time should I arrive?

Answer

For day guests, please arrive at the venue from 1pm to be seated by 1.30pm. For evening guests, please arrive at 7pm with your dancing shoes ready!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us, we are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. We have the most amazing professional photographer who will capture this special moment and we will of course share these photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away and share any moments you capture with us!

What should I wear?

We can't wait to see you all dressed up and ready to party with us! We want our family and friends to feel amazing on our big day, so please wear whatever makes you feel fabulous!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at the venue. Please note it is a different car park to the main zoo car park. Zoo Events Entrance, Caughall Rd, Upton, Chester CH2 1LP

Do you have a gift registry?

We do not have a gift registry. If you wish to give a gift, a contribution to our dream honeymoon in South Africa would be greatly appreciated. How do I get back to hotel after?

Taxis can be ordered to the back entrance of the zoo where they will pick you up. King Cabs are the local taxi rank and can be called on 01244343434

If you are unable to attend, we kindly request you RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so we can plan accordingly.
