What is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 4th. Please use the RSVP tab above to find your party and make your RSVP selections.

Is there a ceremony?
Answer
No! We'll be getting married beforehand in a private courthouse ceremony.
Question
What is the dress code for the reception?
Answer
We suggest garden formal attire, such as midi or long dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or dressy separates. Bright and light colors, florals, and fun patterns are warmly encouraged. We’ll be outdoors for the entire evening, so we recommend breathable fabrics and shoes that can handle grass or uneven terrain. Ultimately, we want you to wear something you feel comfortable in and can celebrate the night away in!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We’re planning for our reception to be 18+; however, we understand that travel and family logistics can vary. If you need to bring young children, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

If your invitation includes a guest, you’re absolutely welcome to bring a date.

Do you have any hotel blocks?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved two blocks, one at the Hyatt Place Glendale/Los Angeles for September 4-7, and another at the Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale for September 5–7. Please refer to the Travel tab for additional information.

How do I get to and from the venue?
Answer
We will not be providing a shuttle or transportation; however, rideshares are readily available in the area. If you plan to drive, we will have a complimentary private parking lot with direct access to the venue. There will be a sign leading you to the private lot as soon as you turn into the gardens.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive as close to 5:00pm as possible. Please be mindful of LA traffic when considering what time to leave!

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The entire reception will be hosted outdoors. In the rare event of rain, we will be under a covered area.

What is weather typically like at the venue this time of year?
Answer
Temperatures are usually in the 80s during the day and dip into the 60s in the evening this time of year; however, please be prepared for some fluctuation and check the weather as we get closer. We’ll provide personal fans for guests, and heat lamps will be available if it gets chilly at night.

What are the main course options for the reception?
Answer
You will choose one of the following main course options as your main course when submitting your RSVP: Tuscan Roasted Chicken Breast (Gluten Free) Lemon and herb marinated chicken breast with capers and chicken jus, grilled lemon, roasted carnival cauliflower, and buttered celery root mashed potatoes Grilled Hanger Steak (Gluten Free) Grilled hanger steak with cabernet sauce, charred cipollini onions, herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, and chimichurri Eggplant Parmigiana (Vegetarian) Crispy eggplant with marinara sauce, provolone and parmesan cheeses, bruschetta, and herbed bread crust

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, either by reaching out to us directly or when you RSVP, and we will accommodate.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We just ask that you be safe and mindful if driving. Since our reception is in a garden, we also ask that everyone be respectful of the space and nature around us.

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on venue property, including the parking lot. Guests who wish to smoke must leave the premises to do so.

Are there any other planned events that I should know about?
Answer
Yes, we’re hosting a welcome picnic on Saturday! Please view the Schedule for more details. Additionally, if you’re planning to stay a few days before or after, feel free to reach out directly. We’d love to spend some quality time with you while you’re here.
