Can I bring my children?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire Men: Suits Women: semi-formal or cocktail dresses **please no jeans or cowboy attire. Although it is a barn, it is very elegant and upscale** There is no air-conditioning, but there is a constant breeze and it is typically cooler than in town

Where is the ceremony?

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same place, The Farmstead! 2760 Maxon Road, Varysburg, NY

Yes, please text us as soon as possible!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle! There will be two shuttles that will leave at 2:50. This will give you plenty of time before the ceremony begins. There will be three shuttles that will take you from the reception back to the hotel. These will be at 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! The Hampton Inn in East Aurora is the closest hotel which will be the pickup/drop off location for the shuttle.

If I don’t have a plus one on my invitation can I bring a guest?

Answer

unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking will be across the street. There will be signs that direct you where to go. Please keep this in mind while choosing your footwear for the evening. If necessary cars may drop off near the barn, then park your car in the appropriate lot

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream color attire?

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Whatever you are comfortable in! Please keep in mind the property has grass, rocks, and dirt terrain

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!

How will I get home?

Answer

We recommend Uber or Lyft, or staying in the Hotel to use the shuttle.
