Our first stop in PR was here. All of the coffee used at Café Don Ruiz has been made by the same family for four generations and is produced using eco-friendly techniques. The cafe is located inside the historic Cuartel de Ballajá, just in front of El Morro Castle. Taste the difference PR makes!
Chocolate is celebrated in every dish in this innovative restaurant. Jeff and I enjoyed brunch here.
Jeff and I stopped at the birthplace and home of the world-famous piña colada, where don Ramon Portas Mingot, first made the famous drink in 1963. Cheers!
Surrounded by trees and vegetation, Jeff and I had our first dinner in PR. We savored the authentic recipes and the magic of the place. What a special night!
We ended the night at La Factoria. The unmarked location is full of secret passages that lead to six different bars, each curated with a different ambiance and drink menu. Inside you can enjoy craft cocktails, dance the night away to live music, or simply relax with good company.
