The official wedding hotel! Reservations must be made by March 29th to receive the group rate. Please call the number above between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time and reference the group number below at booking. Group rate: $209/night Group number: 21178 Please note, there is a limited number of rooms reserved under our block due to overall resort availability. We recommend booking as soon as possible. If you’re unable to get a room under our block, rooms may still be available, just at a non-discounted rate. Free parking is available at the resort for all guests and visitors. Charter buses will be available for wedding guests to ride to the venue and back, and then on to the after party. Buses will return to the resort at the conclusion of the after party. You do not need to be a guest at the resort to ride the buses. See the “Charter Bus” section below for more details.

Right next door/a short walk to Talking Stick Resort! If you are riding the charter buses to the wedding venue and rooms at Talking Stick Resort are unavailable, this hotel is a good option. A group rate has not been established.
Flight
PHX is the closest major airport to Talking Stick Resort and the wedding venue. The airport is about a 15 minute drive from the resort. You can take an Uber/Lyft/cab easily to and from the airport if staying in the metro area. If renting a car at the airport, please note that the rental car building is a free 10-15 minute shuttle ride from your terminal.

Two charter buses will be available for guests to ride from Talking Stick Resort to the wedding venue. You do not need to be a guest at the resort in order to ride on one of the buses to the venue! It takes about 40 minutes to get to The Paseo from the resort. Please arrive at the buses at 4:15 PM ready to board. The buses will be parked in front of the resort. They are black with “Arrow” written on the sides. The charter buses will depart from the resort for The Paseo at 4:30 PM. The buses will leave The Paseo at 10:30 PM (at the conclusion of the wedding reception). Both buses will stop at the resort to drop off a few guests before heading to the after party at Pattie’s. The buses will return remaining guests to the resort at the conclusion of the after party. Visit the FAQ page for the charter bus schedule.
