Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the ceremony. Pick-up: 2:30pm PST at Carlsbad Poinsettia Station (6511 Avenida Encinas, Carlsbad, CA 92009) Shuttles will pick-up everyone from the venue at 10pm and stop at the after-party bar location as well as original pick-up location (Carlsbad Poinsettia Station)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 4pm, so please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm to get settled in your seats (reminder - we will have a shuttle service to take you to the venue!)

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a couple room blocks and recommended hotels on the "Travel" tab. If you prefer an Airbnb we'd recommend the Encinitas, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Cardiff-by-the-Sea neighborhoods

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be complimentary valet upon arrival at the venue. Although we highly recommend you take the shuttle that we'll have arranged to/from the venue, or hiring an Uber/Lyft

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be held in a (heated) tent. The weather averages in the 60s in March so recommended to bring a light jacket/shawl
