Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to transport guests from each hotel. Hampton Inn (Lincolnton): The bus will take two trips to the ceremony. The first trip will arrive at the hotel at 3:00 pm and leave for the ceremony at 3:15 pm. The second trip will arrive at the hotel at 3:30 pm. For the return to the hotel, there will be also be two trips. The first trip from the reception to the hotel will depart at 9:30 pm, and the second trip back to the hotel will depart at 10:00 pm. Fairfield Inn & Suites (Belmont): There is only one trip from the hotel to the ceremony. The bus will arrive at 3:00 pm and leave at 3:15 pm. There is only one return trip back to the hotel. The bus will depart the reception for the hotel at 10:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Our wedding is cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive in time to make sure that you are seated and settled by then, so we recommend 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Will there be a gluten-free option for the dinner?

Answer

Yes, the roast beef option is gluten-free.
