Alisha is Katie's big sister! She works for Home Health Care and is the mother of Katie's sweet nephew, Liam, whom is the ring bearer! She has an obsession with chocolate chip cookies and calls them her "kryptonitie" and also enjoys researching and planning trips! Alisha is not only a sister, but a very dear friend to Katie. They have grown as sisters throughout the years and become closer to one another. Katie is very thankful for her sister!

Makenzie Sanders

Matron of Honor

Makenzie and Katie have been best friends since around the 7th grade. They have gone through many ups and downs that have always strengthened their friendship. We love talking about Jesus and having girl days. Makenzie is learning the piano and is now a farm wifey, so she loves being out on the farm! Makenzie will graduate from MTSU's 2+2 Program with a degree in Elementary Education in May 2020. *Fun Fact: Makenzie was proposed to by her husband Brant on the same day Jack proposed to me, and Makenzie and Brant married on the same day as Jack and I will be.

Leann Yuill

Leann is Jack's younger sister. She is also a very special friend and now sister to Katie. Leann has a very special place in her heart for Haiti and travels there on mission a few times a year. She also has a love for international students on our college campus and has a bright joy for the Lord. She will graduate from Tennessee Tech University with a Secondary Math Education degree.

Chelsea Williams

Chelsea and Katie met in the third grade when Katie moved to Tennessee. They've been pretty inseparable ever since and share extreme goofy personalities with one another. They have always been in choir together through the years and share a love of singing. Chelsea goes to Tennessee Tech and will graduate with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She also has a weird obsession with Spongebob Squarepants.

Maura Stouder

Katie met Maura in Cookeville when she started going to Tennessee Tech. Maura is one of Katie's closest friends and has been someone The Lord blessed her with to walk alongside of. Maura is such a beautiful woman of God and has such a goofy personality that you can't help to laugh with her! Katie and Maura like girl dates to Lazy Cow. Maura has been a very intentional friend to Katie whom she is very thankful for. Maura is now living in North Carolina with her husband Paul and works in social work.

Kayla Williams

Katie and Kayla met at Tennessee Tech through Kayla's boyfriend, being one of Jack's groomsmen, Logan Staley. Katie had been praying for a friend like Kayla and the Lord was faithful to provide and bless them with this friendship. They haven't known each other long, but The Lord is growing their friendship and their love for ice cream at Lazy Cow, of course. Kayla is one of the sweetest people you will meet and has such a joy and kindness that comes from The Lord. Katie had no doubt that she wanted Kayla by her side on the wedding day despite the amount of time they have known one another. Kayla attends Tech and will graduate with a degree in Nursing or Human Ecology.

Jessica and Katie met in Cookeville through fellowship at Jessica's apartment and through church. When Katie came to Cookeville, Jessica was one of the first people she met and became a sweet friend that poured into her and blessed her very much. Jessica is married to Andy, Jack's best man and is a nurse! Jack and Katie met at Andy and Jessica's apartment and the Oliveras's have walked with us through counsel and prayed for us through our relationship. Jessica is one of the sweetest people you will meet and has a passionate love for The Lord!

Andy Oliveras

Best Man

Jack met Andy during his freshman year at Tennessee Tech during Week of Welcome. He was the first face that he met at the BCM! Since then, Andy has been one of Jack's closest friends and has helped Jack go through many different seasons of his walk with Christ as he walked alongside of him as a brother in Christ. Jack and Andy enjoy goofing off with geeky shenanigans and talking about nonsense. He and his wife Jessica have been wonderful counsel and friends through Jack and Katie's relationship. Andy serves as an intern at First Baptist working with college and youth, works at the SAC program, and graduated from Tennessee Tech with a bachelor's degree in Sociology.

Paul Stouder

Paul was Jack's roommate at the BCM for over a year. Paul was and still is a wonderful friend and brother in Christ in Jack's life who has helped him grow in spiritual maturity and discipline. He has walked through many seasons of Jack's life and has been a wonderful supporter and encourager. Jack and Paul put on cool jazz music as they draw and drink tea together..yes we're telling the truth. One of Jack's favorite memories with Paul is the pizza with white sauce from World Foods as they were entertained by SpongeBob Squarepants. Paul graduated from Tennessee Tech with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and him and his wife Maura are now living in North Carolina as Paul attends Southeastern Seminary.

Alex Fisher

"Oh Fishy.." Jack and Alex met through the Adopt-A-Student program at First Baptist Church in Cookeville. Alex has always been a friend of accountability to Jack and a friend of encouragement. Jack always says he's never met someone as organized or disciplined as Alex. He is the youth student intern at FBC and making disciples of the high school and middle school students. One of Jack's funniest memories with Alex is touring Southern Seminary with him and Andy because all they did was crack jokes the entire time, and are still able to laugh at that trip to this day. Alex graduated from Tennessee Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in English and is happily married to our friend Breah Fisher!

Isaac Reff

Jack also met Isaac through the Adopt-A-Student Program at FBC. Isaac has been a close friend to Jack and have both walked shoulder to shoulder with one another through seasons of life at Tennessee Tech. Isaac has a quiet obsession with cats, doesn't like to tell anyone he knows everything about Dungeons and Dragons, and doesn't like to be poked..whatsoever. Seriously though, Isaac is a great man of God who is continuously thirsting after Jesus. Isaac enjoys losing as Captain Falcon against Jack's Jigglypuff in Smash Bros. Isaac will graduate from Tennessee Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Seth Webb

Chicken Train. Jack and Seth met at Tech. A lot of people may not know this, but Seth has a very genuine heart and is always putting The Lord above himself. Seth is always the one with the crazy invention, the one you'd catch at 4 o'clock in the morning reading the Bible in Hobby Lobby's parking lot, and understands Katie's goose language, ha. Seth has always wanted to own a wombat. Jack says every day is a memory with Seth Webb. Don't be surprised to see a gadget in his hand, tackles Jack at the altar, or sobs like a baby wombat. Seth will graduate from Tennessee Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Business.

Logan Staley

Jack and Logan also met at Tennessee Tech through the BCM. Logan leads worship at the BCM. He's been a close friend to Jack and they have walked alongside each other as brothers for over a year now. Logan laughs at just about everything and is very passionate about studying God's word. He has an irrational love for Bojangle's Bo Berry's Biscuits. Jack loves spending time with Logan and says Logan always has a welcoming face. Logan will graduate from Tennessee Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.

James Bigler

Jack and James met through their college small groups at the BCM. He is a very hard worker and very smart concerning his work! James loves to run, spend time with friends, and studying scripture! He and Jack have been co-leaders in their small groups and have grown closer as brothers in Christ. James and Jack enjoy night trips to Cookout for study breaks. James is a joy to be around! He will graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tennessee Tech.
