Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

There have been a handful of kids invited to our special day. However, due to limited space at our venue if your children are not on the invites, please keep them at home and use the evening as a date night! :)

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP 'yes' or 'no' by July 1. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date, we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it please make sure to RSVP 'no' so we can plan accordingly with our guest count.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Absolutely! We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding. If you need to leave your car overnight in the lot, please do. We also encourage our guests to use our hotel shuttles!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting a cocktail attire, semi-formal dress code for the day and evening. Please avoid bright colors and prints. Avoid light wash jeans, but dark jeans are acceptable.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night. This will be located under the travel tab.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm. To avoid being late and missing anything we recommend arriving by 3:15pm to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 2:45pm.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer named Amber, and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished.

Where are the reception and ceremony taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location: Sugar Island Barn. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be both outside and indoor the barn.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the site.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/ gluten free meal options?

Answer

Please reach out to us directly or via your RSVP so we can accommodate your dietary needs.

How often is the shuttle going to run for?

Answer

The shuttle will be picking guests up at the Comfort Suites, at 2:30pm. This gives guests time to not be rushed before getting to their seats by 3:30pm for the ceremony. When it is time to go back to the hotel, the shuttle will be going at 8:30pm, 10:30pm, and 12:30am. The last shuttle will be at 12:30am. If you are wanting a ride back to Johnson Creek, this is you last option.
