When should I RSVP by?

Please send in your RSVP or let us know if you can attend as soon as possible. If you have any questions please reach out to Katie or Ian and they'll be able to answer any questions you have.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress for a wedding, not a day at the zoo! Black tie isn't required (We'll leave that for the penguins) but we'd prefer you leave your jeans with holes at home. We will also be outside for the cocktail hour (weather permitting) so keep that in mind when putting your outfit together.

So will we be walking all over the zoo?

Answer

No! There will be a shuttle available to take you to every location during the wedding. Everyone will be picked up initially just inside the zoo at the South Gate. You'll be taken to the cocktail hour, reception, and then back to the parking lot at the end of the night. If it rains, the shuttle will also be covered.

Where should I park?

Answer

Please park at the zoo's South Gate, near Riverside high school. There they'll have your name and you'll be let in to park at no charge. Once you're inside the zoo there will also be someone there to greet you at the gate and direct you to where you need to go. Are there going to be people all over?

Answer

Nope! The zoo closes at 5, and the cocktail hour begins at 6. You won't need to worry about any zoogoers crashing the reception or eating all of the delicious hors d'oeuvres before you get a chance to taste them!
